Since Dubost reported a successful excision and graft replacement in 1951. many clinical and therapeutic experiences has been reported for single abdominal aortic aneurysm. Put multiple aneurysm of. abdominal -aorta and common iliac artery has not been reported in Korea, and the information for it¢¥s therapeutic plan has not been discussed. Although the? "nbst cormon cause of the aortic aneurysm has been thought as arterial degeneration ¢¥until now, an attractive theory of etiology Was proposed by: Penjamin?in 1967, which was that¢¥ the. aneurysm¢¥ orcured; by the ¢¥ degeneration in tensile strength caused by occlusion of vessels nutritive to the aortic wall.
We performed plain abdominal X-ray, LV.P., retrograde pyelography, and retrograde aortography, and such pictures were demonstrated for the convenience of reader with literatur review.
